Mebet Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before Use

Accurate Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. mebet reserves the right to close any account opened with false information, at any time.

Single Account

Only one account may be created per mobile number, national ID, or device. If a user is found to be operating multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

KYC Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory for withdrawals above a certain amount. You will need to submit a copy of your National ID or passport.

• Use a strong password to keep your account secure.
• We strongly recommend keeping Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled on your account.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, contact Support immediately.
• Inactive accounts may be automatically marked as inactive after 12 months.

Please read the following rules carefully before placing a bet on mebet. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.

Bet Validity

A bet is considered valid only once the system confirms it and generates a bet ID. If a bet is not confirmed due to a network issue, the amount will be returned to your balance.

Odds Changes

Odds may change during live betting based on how the event unfolds. All bets will be settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet was confirmed.

Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled or postponed, all bets placed on that event will be refunded to your balance. mebet's rules apply in the case of partial events.

Maximum Winnings Limit

Maximum winnings from a single bet may be subject to a cap. Different limits apply to different events and betting markets. Visit the Help Center for more details.

• A minimum bet amount applies to each wager — currently the minimum is ৳50.
• You can place bets on multiple events at once using accumulator bets.
• Please read the event rules and market details before placing a bet.

Deposit

Mebet accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200. mebet does not charge any additional fees on deposits.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. First-time or large withdrawals may require additional verification, which can take 2–4 hours.

Same Payment Method Policy

Withdrawals must generally be made through the same method used for the deposit. This is an internationally recognized standard for anti-money laundering compliance.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.

• Large withdrawals may be held pending KYC completion.
• Mebet reserves the right to temporarily hold funds pending investigation of suspicious transactions.

Wagering Requirements

A minimum wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing bonus balance. For example, with a 5x wagering requirement, a BDT 1,000 bonus requires BDT 5,000 in bets.

Bonus Abuse

Attempting to exploit the bonus system for unfair gain (bonus abuse) is strictly prohibited. If proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

• Bonuses must be used within the specified time period.
• Each bonus offer may only be used once.
• Mebet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Promo codes must be applied before making a deposit — they cannot be added afterwards.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mebet platform. Violations may result in account closure and legal action.

• Match Fixing: Placing a bet with prior knowledge of a result, or participating in match fixing in any form.
• Bot Usage: Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system.
• Using Another Person's Account: Accessing another person's account without their permission.
• False Information: Operating an account under a false identity.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.

Deposit Limit

You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time. Decreases take effect immediately, while increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.

Self-Exclusion

You can close your account at any time. Any valid balance will be available for withdrawal, though active bets and bonuses will be cancelled.

Mebet reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered mobile number or email, and the last updated date at the top of the page will be revised.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, please request the closure of your account.
